John Glen's Adventure

I think John Glen would be feeling really scared when he went into space. He had no idea of what to expect! He could've died very easily, because nobody knew anything about orbiting space. He probably saw amazing things though. Like a bird's eye- erm, I mean a star's eye view of earth. It must've been beautiful. John was probably terrified, put he had to have been very patriotic or else he would not have done this for his country. This was also a very large leap in the road of science. He must have felt proud to be accomplish this for his world. Possibly to improve his world. That must have been some sort of "power" giving him bravery. Maybe it was thinking of his family that gave him strength.
